Next business day pick-up
Pick-up for the same day can be requested if the shipment is arranged before 11 am. For shipments arranged after 11 am, the earliest available pick-up date will be the next working day.
Express envelope
Same-day collection is possible when booking early, upon the availability of the courier at your location. Regular pick-up time is from Monday-Friday between 9am and 8.30pm.

Booking a parcel collection is easy. All you need to do is click the button at the top of the page and then fill in the form. You can book parcel collection up to 7 days in advance or as early as tomorrow. Just book before 10pm and a courier will collect your package the next day, between 8am and 8pm - you'll receive a 2-hour time slot on the day.
Cycle times
Cycle times are the scheduled times our couriers travel through areas to make deliveries and collections. Frequency and timing of cycles vary from suburb to suburb due to concentration of those deliveries and collection in that area. It is best to check with your local branch as to what time your courier is scheduled to come through your area.
It also may be worth making a note of the last cycle time as this is the cut-off time for items to be collected for that day, any bookings made after this time will have to go out the next working day.
